What a delight to have been witness to this beautiful Japanese Tea Ceremony held at the San Jose Buddhist Church in Japantown area of downtown San Jose. The church was beautifully adorned with rich traditional Japanese culture once I stepped inside I felt like I was really there. Truly, there was so much to look at it would take quite an afternoon to really see it all!

Kelly & Tyler have been patiently waiting to see their images and finally here is a small preview. Kelly and Tyler, you two were so patient and awesome I want to thank you for such a great time and hiring me to cover your beautiful ceremony! I was treated like a guest and it didn’t even feel like I was working!

Traditional Japanese Tea Ceremony

I really do love photographing weddings! They’re unique, so beautiful and the best part is getting to know the bride and groom. Although I only spend a small amount of time with them, I feel as though we’ve been friends for a very long time. Like the guests, I get emotional and fight to keep dry eyes. My eyes do water a little. I suppose it could be the pollen in the air. No, it’s the love, special moments, the way they look at one another, touch, smile and kiss as if they are the only ones in this world. Nothing else matters. That’s the way it should be.
Stephanie and Dan shared their wedding day. They looked at each other, smiled, kissed and held hands. Their eyes said it all, no words to be said. They are in love! That’s the way it should be.

I had the pleasure of photographing my friend Linda Bronson’s son’s wedding. From the venue, held at The Mountain Terrace in Woodside, to the spectacular decorations from Kren of Bloomsters and not to forget the beautiful array and wonderful aroma of the food catered by Badry’s Catering, I’d say the bride and groom definitely had not one worry about sharing one of the most beautiful weddings with family and friends. Shannon and Ian, thank you again for including me in your unforgettable day!

I really like this candid image Janel took. Shannon looks great just after her cart wheel but her dress was just a tad bit tousled.

Mark and Debbie Married on July 10 at the Vintner’s Golf Club right on hole 9. The wedding was beautifully decorated like a Tuscan Village set in Italy where the couple were engaged, how romantic! Each table was named after a village in Italy too. Mark and Debbie really know how to put on a wedding! They were always so playful, smiling or laughing and the guests felt very comfortable jumping right in with them! Mark and Debbie, I had a blast and thank you for sharing your precious wedding day with me!!!! Here is you’re little preview. Enjoy!

It was such a pleasure photographing Gabe & Robbie. No, that’s no typo I knew him as Gabe but most know him as Ruben. How can I describe the wedding: the food was delicious, the home was beautifully decorated and the people were so wonderful and all had a great time.
