My good friend is at the tail end of her fundraising for Williams Elementary School and has a couple spots open for her Pilates Class this Saturday, November 12 @ 8:30am.

I have been going to her classes for probably a year now and she has helped me tremendously with my knee & back therapy!!! Thanks to Zoe North and her father for getting the donation which will be auctioned off at the Silicon Valley Cares Broomstick Ball Event on October 22, 2011.
